Kaldu Sari Nabati Indonesia, a fast growing food and beverages company located in Bandung, with integrated distribution company and supported by the latest European Technology, is currently looking for professionals to contribute in our company together with our superteam for the following positions:
1. Marketing General Manager (MGM)
- S1/S2.
- The candidates will be responsible for developing & implementing the company marketing strategy.
2. Marketing Manager (MM)
- S1/S2.
- The candidates will be responsible for developing & implementing annual marketing planning, annual Brand Plan, New Product Plan & Marketing Policy.
3. Area Sales Manager - North Sumatera & Sumbagsel (ASM)
- S1.
- The candidates will be responsible for managing all sales activities in order to achieve sales target.
4. Head Of Logistic & Distribution (HLD)
- S1-preferably from Management / Industrial Engineering.
- The candidate will be responsible for developing & implementing the company Logistic & Distribution strategy.
5. Plant Manager (PM 01)
- S1-preferably from Industrial / Mechanical Engineering.
- The candidates will be responsible for implementing & monitoring the implementation of ISO 9000, GMP, HACCP & TQM System.
6. Central PPIC (PPIC)
- S1-preferably from Industrial Engineering.
- The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing & monitoring PPIC System & Strategy.
7. QA & QC Manager (QA)
- S1 preferably from Food Technology / Chemical / Industrial Engineering.
- The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing & monitoring QA/QC System following the ISO 9000, GMP & HACCP requirements.
8. R&D Formulation
- S1 preferably from Food Technology.
- The candidate will be responsible for implementing & monitoring Formulation System.
9. Purchasing Manager (PM 02)
- S1.
- The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing & monitoring Purchasing System.
10. PDCA / Management Improvement Manager (PDCA)
- S1 preferably from Engineering.
- Excellent knowledge in TQM (5S, QCC, etc).
- The candidate will be responsible for facilitating Business Planning Cycle (Company Goal / Strategy, 5 years policy, 1 year policy, Activity Plan, Business Planning Review, developing TQM Learning Program, etc).
11. Training Manager (TM 01)
- S1.
- The candidate will be responsible for designing, planning & implementing corporate learning program, policies and procedure.
12. Trainer (TRN)
- S1
- The candidate will be responsible for developing training need analysis, learning module, deliver, evaluation & improvement action.
13. Recruitment Specialist (RS)
- S1 / S2 Psychology.
- The candidate will be responsible for implementing & monitoring all recruitment procedure and activities.
14. Finance Manager (FM)
- S1 Accounting / Finance
- The candidate will be responsible for implementing & controlling company's financial system.
15. Technical Manager (TM 02)
- S1 preferably from Mechanical Engineering.
- Mastering Project Management.
General Qualifications:
1. At least 5 years of experience & proven track record at the same position from:
- Fast Moving Customer Goods Industries (1-6 & 9, 10, 11, 14, 15).
- Preferably from Food Industry (7 & 8).
2. At least 3 years of experience & proven track record at the same position (12 & 13).
